Kremlin says entering Internet by passport to violate law

MOSCOW, Nov 12 (PRIME) -- The Kremlin believes that a proposal to introduce mandatory registration of a passport when entering the Internet will violate human rights, presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Tuesday.

“Of course, it violates,” he said.

Media reported earlier that the Avanti Association of entrepreneurs for the development of business patriotism proposed to discuss introduction of mandatory registration of a passport when entering the Internet, the relevant proposal was sent to the State Duma and the Federation Council.
